Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Under the ACL, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for goods that fail to meet consumer guarantees.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless required by law:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing justification.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
